No. Every space books instantly online. Contact us only if you want a tour, have a question, or are planning something the booking calendar does not cover, such as a multi-day or recurring program.

How do I schedule a tour?

Send the form on this page with "Schedule a tour" selected and your preferred date and time, and we will confirm a time the same business day. Tours take 20 to 30 minutes and run during office hours, Monday through Friday.

Can I stop by without an appointment?

In order to guarantee that your space is unoccupied and available, tours must be scheduled with our office in advance. If your space is available, we can usually accommodate same-day tours.

How quickly do you respond?

We reply to messages the same business day. For anything urgent on the day of a booking, call 469-519-9855.

Can I book by phone instead of online?

Yes. Call during office hours and we will set the booking up with you. Online booking is available seven days a week for anyone who prefers it.

Rooms are available for bookings 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., seven days a week; hourly bookings include a door code so you can let yourself in outside office hours.

PLANNING A LARGER OR RECURRING PROGRAM

Multi-day courses, a standing weekly meeting room, a series of hybrid town halls, or an event with a complicated run of show: call us or send the form and we will plan it with you, including layouts, the tech operator's camera cues, catering staging, and multi-day pricing (10% off day two and beyond for the Keynote Room). Course providers running medical and clinical training or hands-on and technical training are welcome to walk the stage and the overhead camera setup before booking.
