Two installed PTZ cameras make the Keynote Room broadcast-ready out of the box. A rear camera captures the presenter cleanly for livestreaming and recording, whether the audience is remote attendees, a certification archive, or your marketing team. A dedicated tech control station manages cameras, content, and the stream, and you can broadcast to Zoom, Teams, YouTube Live, or any RTMP-compatible platform using your own account. Run it yourself from the podium, or add our tech operator and let someone else drive.
The second camera is the one no other venue in the area has. An overhead PTZ camera sits directly above the stage, aimed downward, and puts close-up detail work on the big screens at full size. For hands-on and technical training, every seat becomes a front-row seat.​

PLANNING YOUR TRAINING DAY

Booking hours. The room is available 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., seven days a week, including evenings and weekends. Staff services, including the tech operator and in-house photography, are scheduled during office hours: Monday through Thursday, 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Arrival and setup. Doors open as early as 7:00 a.m. for full-day bookings, so you can set up before attendees arrive.

Load-in. The venue is on the second floor, reached by elevator or stairs from the main building lobby. A loading cart is available, and a trailer can park temporarily on the street in front of the lobby doors during load-in.

Catering. Outside catering is welcome. An adjacent kitchen with a sink, full-size refrigerator, ice machine, and counter space serves as a prep and staging area, and catering and cocktail tables are provided in the main room.

Attendee Wi-Fi. Gigabit Wi-Fi, up to 1,000 Mbps for both upload and download, supports a full room of connected devices and a livestream at the same time.
