The largest of the hourly rooms. A conference-table setup for up to 12 with screen sharing, wireless presentation, and video conferencing equipment, suited to client presentations, board and committee meetings, depositions, and team working sessions that need everyone at one table.
ROOM B: CONFERENCE ROOM FOR 10, $60 PER HOUR
The same conference-room equipment for a group of up to 10. A strong fit for leadership meetings, vendor pitches, panel interviews, and hybrid calls where half the team is remote.
ROOM C: MEETING ROOM FOR 8, $50 PER HOUR
A private room for up to 8 with screen sharing, wireless presentation, and video conferencing. Ideal for one-on-ones and small-group meetings, interviews, mediations, and remote calls that need a quiet, professional setting for an hour or two.
THE BREAKOUT ROOM: ROUND TABLES FOR 10, $40 PER HOUR
Set with two round tables, a TV display, a whiteboard, and video conferencing equipment. It is included with every Keynote Room rental and rents on its own by the hour the rest of the time.

HOW HOURLY BOOKING WORKS

Pick your room and time. Open the booking calendar, choose Room A, B, C, or the Breakout Room, and select your start time and number of hours. Rooms are available 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., seven days a week, including evenings and weekends.

Confirm and pay online. Book as little as one hour, in one-hour increments. Your booking confirms instantly, with payment at checkout, and your confirmation includes a door code for your reserved time.

Arrive and get to work. Enter through the main building lobby at 7200 W University Dr., take the elevator or stairs to Suite 200, and use your door code to let yourself in. No front-desk check-in required, evenings and weekends included.
